Hey Connor,
Sorry for not responding earlier. We just saw your comment. Instead of using the video upload on sponsorhouse, we usually will create a movie using windows movie maker; upload the movie to Mydeo.com which will generate the code; go to your sponsorhouse profile and "Add Content", select "Text or HTML", hit the "source" button on the toolbar (once you've added the text); then go back to mydeo.com and copy the code generated and paste it into the area where you can add text. It's kind of a pain, but it's the only way I can get sound to come through on our videos.
